Sigh. The MPAA and RIAA have been failing to stop piracy for years now. They have tried threatening people with lawsuits, threatening people with loss of their internet connection and forcing people to read their idiotic piracy education material. They all have failed in spectacular fashion.

Now, they seem to have gotten the DOJ on board to yet again threaten the public with jail time for piracy.

This is the same RIAA that recently got attention for threatening a fully licensed, zero-revenue archived historical radio site, can’t seem to make up their mind with pre-1972 recordings and copies MPAA lawsuits word-for-word.

Any chance they focus on actually providing better products at an affordable price? Nah
