Fairpoint is telling their employees that they want over $700 million in cuts to benefits. Employees say that they are willing to cut over $200 million in benefits.
I don’t have an issue with a company wanting to save some money. But, why is it that Fairpoint’s CEO continues getting raises on a yearly basis?
If the CEO was taking Fairpoint to unprecedented levels of success, I guess I could see it. But Fairpoint is routinely ranked as one of the worst broadband providers in the country.
